I grew up in a small town in Southeastern CT, and discovered an affinity for hair in my teenage years.

I moved to NYC in 2006, and have spent the last 17 years doing a bit of everything; not only working behind the chair and educating for brands like Redken, but also assisting and working on editorials for publications like Vogue and W. I even worked on a full season of an MTV show as the on camera hair expert, and as a personal stylist to Rachael Ray for all of her TV shows.

I have assisted some of the most legendary hairdressers in the industry on 1000s of shows since 2006. Between NY, London, Milan and Paris I’ve worked on teams for Tom Ford, Chanel, Saint Laurent, Rick Owens, Gucci, Thom Browne, Maison Margiela, Louis Vuitton, and Balenciaga.

I’m happy to have balanced cutting hair in salon and freelancing in the fashion world, because it has made me extremely well versed in not only cutting and styling, but working with all hair textures and on all types of people. Recently I began to split my time between NY and LA, mostly cutting hair and catering to a large clientele, including celebrities such as Sofia Black D’elia, Soleidad O’Brien, Maria Sharapova and Anna Chlumsky.
